How do I place bets and roll?
- Set a chip amount, then tap a spot on the board. Tap again to add more.
- Use the tabs to switch between Single, Double, Triple, Total and Combo bets.
- Tap Roll. All your bets are taken and settled on the same three dice.
- Each winning bet returns its stake plus its odds.
What does each bet mean?
- Single: your number shows on one, two or three dice.
- Double: your number shows on at least two dice. Three of a kind also counts.
- Specific triple: all three dice show your number.
- Any triple: all three dice match, any number.
- Total: the three dice add up to your total.
- Combo: both of your two different numbers show.
Where does the house edge come from?
All 216 rolls of three dice are equally likely. Edge = 1 - (stake returned on average).
- Small: 105 of 216 rolls win and return 2x. 105 / 216 x 2 = 97.22%, so the edge is 2.78%.
- Any triple: 6 of 216 rolls win at 30 to 1, so 6 x 31 / 216 = 86.11%.
- Total 4: 3 of 216 rolls win at 50 to 1, so 3 x 51 / 216 = 70.83%.
When does the casino bust?
Your bets are settled together. If your net win across all bets is more than the vault holds, the table busts.
- You get your stake back plus the vault.
- You become the owner unless you are under protection.
Tips
- Small and Big are the cheapest bets and lose on any triple.
- Mirror totals pay the same: 4 and 17, 5 and 16, and so on.
- Bets that win and bets that lose are netted, so one big win can cover other losses.
