How much is the wire fee?

The fee is a percentage of the amount, rounded up. It depends on criminal activity in the district you are in when you send.

  • Activity is the share of living characters in the district who used the game in the last 70 minutes.
  • Under I pay the fee, you lose the amount plus the fee and they get the full amount.
  • Under They do, you lose the amount and they get it minus the fee.
  • The fee is removed from the game. Nobody receives it.

How do savings accounts work?

Open them on the Savings Accounts tab. You can hold one account of each type at a time.

  • Deposits must be inside the account's minimum and maximum. The cash leaves your hand at once.
  • Interest is added every hour and compounds on the balance.
  • Each account stops earning at its interest cap. It then earns nothing until you tap Collect.
  • Collecting or withdrawing pays your deposit plus the interest, and closes the account. You can then open it again.

Can my money be taken?
  • A killer can loot 10–25% of the cash in your hand. Savings accounts cannot be looted.
  • If your character dies, your cash and your savings accounts are lost.
  • Withdraw savings before you take risks you cannot afford.
Does my crew help?
  • If your crew holds the bank in a district, all your savings rates are 10% higher. A rate of 0.012% becomes 0.0132%.
  • The Savings Accounts tab names the crew that holds the bank.
Tips
  • Wire from a quiet district to pay the lowest fee.
  • Collect a capped account at once. It earns nothing more until you do.
  • A deposit below the account's minimum is refused.
  • Money you wire to another player cannot be taken back.
