How do I get a crew slot?
The Crews page with numbered markers12345
1Open Crew System. Tap Create and start a gang, or find a recruiting gang or crew and tap Apply Now!.
2Earn influence as a gang: crime, GTA, heists, organised crime and flights all count.
3The leader or underboss pays the money and bullets for each level on the Progress page and taps the level up button.
4At level 3 your gang qualifies.
5When a crew slot opens, the qualifying gang with the most weekly influence is promoted. It is free and automatic.

There are 6 crew slots. When one opens, the highest-ranked qualifying gang takes it. The gang's leader can also pay the difference in price from the gang bank to convert early, if a slot is open.

How does influence work?

Each action adds influence for you and your crew. Amounts are fixed.

  • Crime success: 1. GTA success: 2. Heist success: 2. Flight: 5. Completing an organised crime: 10.
  • Influence is also counted per day and per week. The daily total at a location decides territory. The weekly total ranks gangs for promotion.
  • Weekly objectives track crimes, GTAs, heists and flights as a crew. The targets scale with your member cap.

What do crew levels do for me?
  • Crime success chance: +0.5% at level 1, rising to +5% at level 10.
  • GTA success chance: +0.5% at level 1, rising to +2% at level 10.
  • Jail bust bonus: +2% from level 5, +5% from level 7.
  • A higher level raises the member cap and the number of successors.
What is the territory cut?

Only crews hold territory. Gangs cannot.

  • At each location, the crew with the most influence that day leads it.
  • When a player outside that crew earns cash there from a crime, heist or organised crime, the crew is minted 10% of it. Your cash is not reduced.
  • Members of the leading crew do not pay it on their own earnings.
  • At the daily roll, the leading crew at a location claims one territory bonus there.
Can I lose territory?
  • Territory does not expire. A crew keeps a bonus until another crew leads that location at a daily roll and takes it.
  • A disbanded crew releases all its territory and its Car Crusher.
What do territory bonuses do?
  • Metro: your crew's flights from that location take 15% less time.
  • Gym: the Fight Club costs 1 less energy per training.
  • Bank Takeover: crew members get 10% better savings interest, in any location.
What does the bank and inventory do?
  • Members deposit cash and bullets. Withdrawals and transfers need the leader to grant the permission.
  • Gangs can hold up to
00,000,000 and 250,000 bullets. Crews have no limit.
  • There is no crew tax. All deposits, withdrawals and transfers are logged and the crew leadership can see them.
  • The crew inventory stores tradeable items for members to take. Currency, event items and collectables cannot be stored.
What happens when the leader dies?
  • The next successor in the line becomes leader. Leadership changes and recruiting are locked for 1 hour.
  • With no successor, the crew is disbanded and every member is removed.
  • A leader can disband a crew only when they are the only member.
Can a disbanded crew come back?
  • The owner can restore it. It returns as a gang, with its bank and bullets emptied and 50% of its influence lost.
  • The first restoration costs $5,000,000 and each later one costs $2,500,000 more.
  • Everything in the crew inventory is destroyed.
Tips
  • You must be out of kill protection before you can join a crew.
  • Influence you earn in a location counts for that location's territory. Where you work matters.
  • Weekly, the crew with the most influence at a location is awarded that location's Car Crusher. A crew can hold one.
