How are contracts paid out?
Several players can fund the same target. The board shows the total.
- Example: A adds 100 points, B adds $5,000,000 and C adds 2,000 bullets.
- Whoever kills the target takes all three.
- The killer gets a message, then taps Claim on the Hitlist tab to collect.
- Any player kill counts, including a kill by backfire. An NPC kill does not.
What does a contract cost me?
- You pay the bounty plus 10%. The 10% is not paid to the killer.
- Cash and bullets come from your character. Points come from your account.
- Contracts above $5,000,000, 10,000 bullets or 100 points are announced.
How do I get a contract off my head?
Open Hitlist. A contract on you is marked You.
- Tap Buyout, pick the bounty type and the amount, or use Half or Full.
- You pay the amount you remove. There is no fee.
- The money is not paid to anyone. The player who posted it is not refunded.
- A contract with nothing left is removed.
Tips
- Protection does not stop a contract, but you cannot be killed while protected.
- You can claim only with a living character.
- Contracts are summed per target, so a small one still adds to a large total.
