Where do I see what is running?

Open Events. It has three tabs.

  • Events: what is live now. Cards show the clock, your progress and what the event pays.
  • Calendar: events that are scheduled and events that have ended.
  • Store: shops that open while an event sells something for its event currency.
  • A card only works while its event is live. Upcoming and ended cards are read-only.

How does a Community Crunch work?
  • Every action you play adds points to one shared progress bar for the whole city.
  • When the bar reaches the level's target, the level ends and everyone who scored on it is ranked by points.
  • Each player is paid tickets by place. Spend tickets in the Store tab.
  • Then the next level starts. Its target is higher, and each level pays more tickets.

How does a Solo Event work?
  • Every action scores points toward your own total. Other players do not affect your level.
  • Each level needs more points than the last. Reaching a level unlocks its reward.
  • Tap Claim on a reached level to collect its reward. The ladder has a Free, a Premium and sometimes a Special track.
  • Tap Unlock premium track to buy the Premium pass. You buy it once per run of the event.
  • Bonus objectives add extra points when you complete them.
  • Past the last level on the ladder, each new level pays its reward automatically and sends you a message.
How does a heist raid event work?

These events show as a banner on the Heist page.

  • An event is announced 60 minutes before it starts and runs for 20 minutes.
  • Each one is a job in one city: The Chase, Bank Vault, Corner Store, The Museum or The Penthouse. You must be in that city to start.
  • All players take from one shared prize pool of cash, experience, points, bullets, or a mix. When it is empty the event ends.
  • You get 3 runs per event. A run counts as used when it starts.
  • Each run pays 0.1% to 2% of a standard payout, based on how much you take. A standard cash payout is $60,000.
  • Every run also pays 100 experience, win or lose. You earn +1 crew influence if the run took anything.
  • The run that empties the pool wins a bonus. A rare jackpot container can also appear inside a run, with a limit of 1 per event.
  • Raid actions are free. They never cost bullets.
How do the Double XP and boost events work?
  • Double XP gives ×2 experience on one of Crimes, GTA or Heists. The activity changes every hour, so check the card.
  • The Organised Crime cash boost adds a % bonus to Organised Crime cash. It grows by 10% for each Organised Crime you complete during the event.
  • These apply automatically. There is nothing to claim.
Tips
  • Event timers are on the card. When an event ends, its actions stop working.
  • In a Community Crunch you only get placed if you scored on that level. Any points count.
  • Raid events are first come, first served. Be in the city when the 60-minute warning ends.
  • Event tickets and event currency are spent in the Store tab, not in the normal market.
