How do I run an organised crime?
The Organised Crime page with numbered markers12345
1On the Organised Crime page, open Create OC. Choose a type and a team size of 2 to 5, then create it.
2Fill the seats. Use Invite for named players or make it public so players can join from Public OCs.
3Each member taps Contribute for their seat. The success chance on the page updates as seats fill.
4Each member taps Ready. When every seat is filled and ready, the leader starts the operation.
5If the start roll passes, a 3 minute timer runs. Spend action points on the actions and break the deposit boxes for your own loot.

Players must be in the same location as the leader to join. Leaving or disbanding refunds contributions.

A team of 2 is Leader and Driver. Each extra player adds the next seat. Seat limits by mastery are on the Organised crime roles reference page.
What are the odds of success?
  • The only roll happens when the leader starts. It passes if a roll of 1 to 100 is at or under the success chance.
  • Base chance is 20% for Casino Heist, 15% for Sporting Goods Robbery and 10% for Import Dock Raid.
  • Smaller teams multiply it: 2 players x2.5, 3 players x1.75, 4 players x1.5, 5 players x1.
  • Each member adds points for their rank, up to 19 each, plus their mastery success bonus and their contribution.
  • The final chance is never below 5% or above 100%.
What happens if the start roll fails?
  • Everyone in the operation gains wanted level and can be jailed.
  • No one gets loot and no charge is spent.
What does my contribution do?
  • Focus and wit. Every 5 adds 1% success. Every 40 adds 1 action. Focus adds 1% cash per 15 and 5% loot per 50. Wit adds 2% cash per 20 and 5% loot per 50.
  • Points. A seat can be covered with Points instead. It costs 10 Points for a team of 2, plus 30% more for each extra player. It adds 25% success, 1 action and 20% loot and cash.
  • Items. The Leader's items are used up. Items, focus, wit and Points are refunded if you leave or the operation is disbanded.
  • Cars. At the end, the Driver's car is returned undamaged 60% of the time. It is returned damaged 30% of the time and lost 10% of the time. A lost car gives 1 Scrap Metal.
How is the loot split?
  • Shared cash, bullets, items and equipment are divided equally by the number of seats.
  • Deposit box loot is personal and is not shared.
  • A territory cut of the cash is minted for the crew that leads the OC's location, if it is not your crew. Your cash is not reduced.
  • You earn 10 influence for your crew.
How does mastery work?
  • Mastery is tracked separately for each seat. Each completed operation gives 35 mastery XP in the seat you played.
  • Higher mastery gives more action points and raises the focus and wit you can bring. It also adds to the team's success chance and haul.
  • Your best mastery in any one seat decides which operations you can start.
  • The rungs, action points and bonuses are listed on the Organised crime roles reference page.
Can my Underboss take a seat?
  • From Empire level 2, the leader can seat their Underboss in an open seat.
  • The Underboss adds success chance and gives the leader extra action points. Both grow with Empire level.
  • The Underboss does not receive a share. Cash is still divided by the number of seats.
Tips
  • You hold at most 3 charges. Use them before the next reset at 00:00 or 12:00 UTC so none are wasted.
  • Your best seat opens the board. One Expert seat is enough to start an Import Dock Raid.
  • Use Find Players to invite players who are looking for a crew.
